Our initial meeting helps to establish your brief and assess the interior space. Functional requirements and aesthetic desires are discussed in addition to the allocated budget and time frame. A project timeline and scope of works is presented to clearly outline the design process involved.
Online mood boards such as Houzz and Pinterest provide our interior designers with greater insight to better understand your desired outcome, ideas, likes and dislikes. Sketch plans and finish boards are compiled as a result of this information and are used to present the proposed concepts for discussion.
Follow up meetings are undertaken to review the proposals and refine the design. Associated costs and lead times are provided by your interior designer enabling informed decisions to be made regarding priority design elements versus those that may require further investigation
Once the desired look and feel of the design has been achieved and approval has been given, we commence formal documentation of your project. Architectural drawings and detailed finish and FFE schedules are compiled for significant construction works and quotations are collated for final sign off.
Your interior designer can be further engaged to coordinate and schedule works with specific trades, project managing the interior transformation from start to finish. Orders and deliveries are monitored and installation is supervised so that all that is left for you to do is enjoy your new interior space.
